Physical education at Bromley East is where students harness the joy of movement, the value of teamwork, and the lifelong benefits of making health and well-being a priority.

We offer three unique 12-week courses, each tailored to the developmental needs and interests of our students:

  • For our young fledglings (K-5th Grade), we offer PE.

  • For our junior hawks (6th-8th Grade), we offer Team Sports and Fitness & Wellness.

K-5th Grade Physical Education Overview

In our K-5th Grade PE program, movement is play, and play is learning!

Through a mix of games, physical activities, and team sports, students develop essential skills like coordination, teamwork, and perseverance—all while having fun and staying active.

6th-8th Grade Team Sports Overview

This PE class brings the thrill of teamwork to life!

Students enjoy a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports and activities, exploring everything from basketball and soccer to unique games designed to keep them moving and thinking.

Beyond the physical skills, this course emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and good sportsmanship, helping students build the confidence and social skills that carry into all areas of life.

Whether learning to lead, strategize, or simply enjoy the game, students sharpen their athletic abilities as they develop a sense of camaraderie and pride in being part of a team.

In this course, students engage in activities that build strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health while integrating the Colorado Comprehensive Health Standards.

By focusing on both physical and emotional health, this course equips students with the knowledge and skills to make choices that align with their well-being.
