Volunteer Application Process

Getting started is easy!

To ensure the safety and security of our students and staff, BECS requires every volunteer to complete the following steps:

  1. Complete a Volunteer Application (ENG / ESP)
  2. Review the Volunteer Orientation
  3. Submit the Volunteer Acknowledgment Form

Good news—you only need to complete this process once per school year!

What You Need to Know Before You Visit

Keeping our students and staff safe is our top priority, and we appreciate your partnership in making BECS a secure and welcoming place for everyone.

We know these steps take a little extra time, but they’re an important part of keeping our community secure.
