Ms. Cloe Bernstein – School Psychologist
This is my first year at BECS and I’m thrilled to be collaborating with our school community to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. I am from Long Island, NY and received a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Hawai’i, and a Master of Science and Specialist in School Psychology degree from Barry University in Miami, FL. I have previously worked as a Literacy Interventionist for K-5th grade students and practiced School Psychology in Child Find, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings. Some highlights of my career have been volunteering as a kayaking instructor for disabled children, providing crisis counseling to students from Haiti, and using behavior reinforcement to train dolphins to perform at an aquarium. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, playing piano, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and learning to fly.
