Ms. Kirsten Anderson

I am a life-long learner who is dedicated to education and passionate about helping children learn to love reading! I received my B.A. in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Biblical Studies, from Colorado Christian University in 2002.  In 2008, I received my Masters of Education Degree in Reading from Regis University.  This is my seventh year teaching at BECS and I have grown to love this community dearly. Prior to teaching at BECS I taught third grade at Life Christian Academy in Westminster for two years.   When I’m not with my third graders, I can be found spending time with my family, friends, and caring for my four (yes four!) Golden Retrievers: Belle, Korah, Deacon, and Mattie Mae. I also love: shopping, watching hockey, trying to learn how to play golf, quilting, reading, and watching stock cars.  My greatest passion in life, aside from teaching third graders, is pursuing my teaching certification from Precept Ministries.

Ms. Heidi McDaniel

I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I have 6 years of experience teaching third grade in South Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado. My husband, Stefan, and I moved from Atlanta to Brighton in December 2010, and now I’m happy to be at Bromley East Charter School!  In my spare time I love traveling to see my sisters, parents, nieces, and nephews in CA, MN, GA and the Dominican Republic. I also enjoy eating out, working out, running, playing volleyball, and hiking.
