Hello! My name is Beth Rayon. I am a high-energy individual, who brings excitement into the classroom by using a variety of different teaching methods and techniques. I strongly believe that learning should be fun and do my best to incorporate hands-on activities and technology into my lessons. I also use a great deal of comprehensible input and allow my students to acquire the Spanish language through the use of total physical response, storytelling, and repetition. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Communications and recently completed my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education through Jones International University. I have also completed an intensive language program in Xalapa, Mexico, and spent a year abroad taking courses at La Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico. It is in Puebla that I met my husband, Agustin, who works as an electromechanical engineer. We have a four year old son, Julian, who enjoys playing superheroes and attends the new Preschool at Bromley East
