Christina Spare is a career educator who has worked for fourteen years as an elementary school teacher, literacy specialist, and instructional leader. Most recently, she served as a literacy teacher and instructional coach at Wilder Elementary School in Littleton, where she assumed numerous leadership roles, mentored teachers, and helped struggling readers improve. Christina worked previously in Denver Public Schools and in Adams County, where she taught Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades. She is in her second year as assistant principal at Bromley. Christina obtained her principal licensure from the University of Northern Colorado and holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She spends her time away from work with her husband Alex, a high school English teacher, and her sons Sam, Henry, and William.
